绿色合成方法学:集中于利用简单金属盐做催化剂来构建碳-碳,碳-杂原子键。

荧光探针:构建新型荧光分子,用于生物体内成像

主要工作业绩

在有机合成方面,发展了简单钴、铜、铁金属盐催化碳氢的直接官能团化反应,并将其用于重要杂环化合物的合成,2篇论文入选高被引论文。研究成果“简单金属盐催化的C-CC-N键形成反应2011年获得获教育部自然科学一等奖(排名第四)。在荧光探针方面, 利用新的方法构建荧光分子,简化了合成路径,易于分离,并将这些荧光探针分子用生物体内一些活性物质或生命活动的追踪。
